KIAC Holiday Art & Craft Fair 2022 - Vendor Table Registration

KIAC’s Holiday Art & Craft Fair: November 26, 2022 (tentatively 10am – 4pm)
at: KIAC Ballroom at Dënäkär Zho & Yukon School of Visual Arts Gallery (SOVA)

$50 members / $60 non-members / $30 students*
*Or if cost is a barrier. Sharing tables is welcome. Payment is required to secure a table

  • Our aim is to support local artists and makers and as such only original art, craft, and handmade goods may be sold. Perishable food items, mass-produced or imported items, illegal items and culturally appropriative items are not permitted. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
  • KIAC provides each vendor with a 6 x 2.5 foot table (or equivalent floor space) and chairs. Display materials and floats are the responsibility of vendors. Vendors requiring additional space may be able to book an extra table, if available, closer to the date.
  • Vendors will load in/out, set up/tear down and sit their own table / make their own sales for the duration of the event. Alternately vendors may coordinate with or hire someone to do so in their stead.
  • Load-in and set-up may be done the day before (Friday). Elevator will be available at KIAC and a ramp is available at SOVA.

This year both venues will operate at a somewhat reduced capacity, but signing up in advance for shopping slots will no longer be required. Masks will be optional.

  • Filling out this form will put you on the waitlist. Please do not pay until you are contacted if a table becomes available.
  • Payment in advance is required to reserve your table 
  • You can pay with cash, credit, or debit card in person at the KIAC office M-F 10-5:30pm, or with credit card online at this PAYMENT LINK.
  • Registration is on a first-come first-served basis.
  • You may only register for ONE table per vendor. If there is extra space, vendors MAY be able to book a second table closer to the date.

Table fees for this annual event are a fundraiser for ODD Gallery & KIAC Artist in Residence programming.

We cannot guarantee table location or preference. We will prioritize accessibility and will consider all requests and try our best!
The Holiday Art & Craft fair needs the assistance of volunteers! 
Would you be willing to help with any of the following tasks? Volunteers get KIAC Ca$h that can be used towards event tickets, concession items, memberships, equipment rentals and more!
