By submitting this form, you are agreeing to adhere to the following guidelines:


- You will need to wear a mask at all times while inside the worship center. We can provide some masks for those who don't already have one.
- As best you can, you will also need to stay 6 feet away from anyone who you don't live with.
- We encourage those in vulnerable demographics (65+, immunocompromised, high blood pressure) to remain home.
- Do not attend a recording if you or someone you live with has exhibited COVID-like symptoms (fever, cough, flu-like symptoms) in the past 14 days. 


Parents should consider whether their children will be able to be attentive during even a shortened worship time and plan accordingly. We would also request that children in attendance wear masks and consistently maintain a 6 ft distance from others. If this is not feasible due to the age or developmental stage of your child, please consider continuing to worship with your family at home for the time being.


If you feel that you can't adhere to these guidelines in good conscience, we encourage you to continue worshiping in House Church Gatherings or at home.
