100 LEADS in your Pond Call to call Over 90 Days - Make calls until you reach 3 people have conversations with them.  The Goal is to Deplete this Pool  by either dispositioning them to  JUNK = anyone who says No Thanks, bad contact info etc,  ACTIVE (they want to work with us)   or NURTURE ( set on a Smart plan and make yourself a task for the future to follow up - then forget about them) -= (i.e. Bad Credit, long term lease, self-employed with not enough time on the job etc  = Watch  )
