Please use the following form to share information about your child for us to consider about classroom placement for next year. We ask that you describe the type of classroom and teaching strategies you feel would suit your child’s needs. Please understand that the information will be reviewed by the entire placement team, but it does not guarantee a certain placement. Please understand that parents/guardians cannot request a specific teacher or classmates. The information will be shared with this year’s and next year’s teachers.
