2024 Flying Smiles February Fun Fly Registration
We're looking forward to seeing you in February! This registration is to help us plan our head count for welcome bags, meals and fly fields. The event is scheduled for 2/16-2/18 with 2/19 penciled in as an additional day for anyone who wants to hang out and fly one last day! 

Dinners - Please know that the headcount below is to plan meals (potluck style this year!), but you are not required to join us each evening! If you THINK you might join us, please tell us yes. Please know that we will advise at a later time what the meal plans are so that we can make this a successful potluck style fun fly! That said, we do understand that some folks will want to go check out area restaurants and we will not be offended if you choose that option! 

Event Timing: February 16-18 2024 (with bonus day of Feb 19 for anyone who can stay an extra day!)

What's a good contact phone number in case we need to call or text with details on the weekend of the event? *
Do you need help finding a place to stay or roommates?  We can help you navigate your options! 

We recommend the Hampton Inn or collaborating to rent a condo. There will also be one "big house" so that we've got a place to have dinner each night. If you want to be in the big house, please notate that here, space will be limited and we will try to accommodate folks who want to be in that house!

We're gonna set up a snack table at the shop. Please feel free to bring something to add to the table.  *
Do you have any suggestions for dinner themes? This is a great chance to suggest a theme if there's a favorite recipe you want to make for the group, or thoughts on something that would be really quick and easy for a group of 40 or more kiters! We'll compile a list and then assign a theme to each night based on most popular recommendations. 

Please note that this year is potluck style! You might be asked to bring food, help set up or clean up, bring a bag of ice.... with our powers combined we're gonna have fantastic stress free dinners!!  *
