Cancellation and refund of registration fees

 For any cancellation until October 4, 2019, 0% of the registration fees will be retained.
 For any cancellation until October 10, 2019, 50% of the registration fees will be retained.
 For any cancellation from October 11, 2019, 100% of registration fees will be retained.
