I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have read, understand, and will abide by the information that is contained in the Parent-Student Handbook. This includes statements, policies, descriptions, and expectations set forth by the Diocese of Columbus and St. Catharine School.

In addition, statements in this handbook are subject to amendment with or without notice. The school principal will attempt to keep the school faculty and families informed of all changes as soon as practical. Some changes might have to be made immediately due to unforeseen circumstances.
