Cancellation policy:A $25 cancellation fee is charged for all cancellations.

Remainder of fees paid will be retained to be used as credits for future events with the understanding that the extent of any credit given on cancellations received within 14 days of an event will be at the discretion of the organizers.
Covid-19 policy:
Per current BC guidelines, we will not be checking Vac passports.
We would encourage people to test prior to coming to camp.
If you feel any symptoms at all prior to attending, please notify the registrar, STAY HOME and your money will be fully refunded. Campers will be encouraged to wear masks indoors, particularly audience members at the Saturday night concert. If you feel symptomatic at camp, please mask up and speak with one of the Board members immediately.
