Markedsplass Holbergskaien
Vi ønsker å sette sammen en variert og spennende markedsplass for Tall Ships Races i Bergen 2019.
Det er derfor ikke førstemann til mølla-prinsippet som gjelder, da vi er avhengige av å sette sammen eit variert tilbud.

Priser:
Standplass 3x3 meter 7500,- + telt 4000,- = 11500,- (+ mva)
Standplass 3x6 meter: 15000,- + telt 5500,- = 20500,- (+mva)
Standplass 3x9 meter: 22500,- + telt 8300,- = 30800,- (+mva)
Alle priser medfører 25 % mva.
Leie av bord, stoler, strøm, kjøleskap osv kan bestilles i tillegg.

Basert på din bestilling vil du motta en oppsummering av totalkostnader, og deretter motta en faktura for bestillingen.

Etter 20 juni vil det bli en 30% ekstrakostnad på bestilling av all utstyr. All utstyr som bestilles under festivalen vil ha en ekstrakostnad på 50% av prisene som er oppgitt nedenfor.

We wish to offer a large selection of exhibitors during the Tall Ships Races in Bergen in 2019.
Therefore we can not guarantee you a spot during the festival, as we need to be a bit selective.

Prices:
Stand area 3x3 meter 7500,- + tent 4000,- = 11500,- (+ vat)
Stand area 3x6 meter: 15000,- + tent 5500,- = 20500,- (+vat)
Stand area 3x9 meter: 22500,- + tent 8300,- = 30800,- (+vat)
All prices are subject to 25 % VAT.
Tables, chairs, electricity, electrical articles and so on can be ordered separately.

Following the receipt of your order, we will send you a summary which includes the total cost of your items for you to sign off. We will then issue you an invoice based on your order. Any additional items following the submission of this form must be communicated ASAP in writing to post@coevent.no

After 20 June, there will be a 30% additional fee on all items. Any items ordered during the festival will be subject to a 50% additional fee to the prices stated below.
