In order to volunteer at Stocklmeir, you must: 
  1. Complete a CUSD Volunteer Information Agreement (online form)
  2. Complete a Fingerprinting/Criminal Background check (only needed once while in CUSD)
  3. Provide proof of a negative TB test or TB Risk Assessment Form signed by health care provider (valid for 4 years)
