Early week is for Local Eats on Uber Eats
Monday to Wednesdays between 6 December 2021 and 23 February 2022, Uber Eats will be featuring deals on our finest selection of local restaurants. Participating merchants will receive a special benefit - any redemptions made by Uber Pass Members will be fully funded by Uber.

Who are Uber Pass Members?
Uber Pass Members are highly engaged app users who have signed up to enjoy regular savings on rides and deliveries.

There are two offers in this campaign:
1. Regular customers: ‘Spend $30, Save $8’ promotion - this will be merchant-funded
2. Uber Pass Members: ‘Spend $30, Save $12’ promotion - this will be Uber-funded

Campaign times
Both promotions will be available Monday to Wednesdays during the campaign period between 6 December 2021 and 23 February 2022

Costs - Uber-funded component
The ‘Spend $30, Save $12’ promotion for Uber Pass Members will be Uber-funded, meaning that we will fund $12 for each order eligible for this promotion without a cap on the number of redemptions.

Costs - merchant-funded component
The ‘Spend $30, Save $8’ promotion for regular users will be merchant-funded, meaning that you will fund $8 for each order eligible for this promotion without a cap on the number of redemptions.

Joining once the campaign has started
Merchants will still be able to join after the first campaign week by submitting this form.

Multiple locations
Merchants looking to include more than one location in the campaign can enter each of their locations they wish to be included below.

By agreeing to the opt-in form, you are granting Uber the right to submit promotions on behalf of your store until either you decide to opt-out or the campaign concludes. You may decide to submit the opt-out form at any point and we will discontinue your involvement in the Local Eats campaign. Please allow up to two business days to process both opt-in and opt-out requests. Uber Eats app users will only ever see one promotion from a merchant running at a time, so between 6 December 2021 until 23 February 2022, users will see one of the Local Eats promotions should you choose to take part. Both the ‘Spend $30, Save $8’ and ‘Spend $30, Save $12’ promotions exclude any Service Fees and Delivery Fees which may apply to Uber Eats users. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions on the Uber Eats app and is available only for Uber Eats users in select cities, for a limited time only. Participation in this campaign is intended only for the merchant that received a copy of this email directly from Uber Eats. Uber Pass is issued by Uber Sunrise Pty Ltd.
