Welcome to Anime Destiny!

This year we'll be hosting our convention on Saturday, November 12, from 9:00AM to 7:00PM in the MLK Building on UC Berkeley's campus.

If you are interested in tabling in our Artist Alley/Dealer's Hall at Anime Destiny 2022, please fill out this form ASAP as it is first come first serve. Afterwards, we will send out a confirmation email to those that have signed up regarding further information such as payment and any other necessary communications.

Before filling out this form, please note the following points:

1. We sell spots by half table, with a full table measuring 6 feet, and each half table costs $25. Whether you buy a half table or full table, it will come with one artist/dealer badge. Additional badges may be purchased for $10 per badge, and a maximum of two artists/dealers can share each half table. The number of badges you get will also be the number of chairs we provide you.

2. You are required to have a seller’s permit to sell new items, collectibles, handcrafted items, or used items you have purchased for the purpose of reselling to others. 3. The age of the tabling staff must be at least 18 years old, or be accompanied by a legal guardian over the age of 18.  Any person who is not 18 must have an adult sign this contract on their behalf. The adult who co-signed the contract must be present to check-in for a table and accept responsibility for any failure of the under-aged artist to comply with all convention policies as well as applicable laws. In addition an adult must be present at the table at all times. If at any time the Anime Destiny staff finds an unaccompanied minor alone at their table they will be removed from the tabling area, and the associated tables(s) will be immediately forfeit. The public display of goods must be suitable for a general audience.

4. Due to our venue being on a school campus, and Anime Destiny being a family friendly convention, we cannot permit the sale of 18+ art, merchandise, or imagery. If staff sees you visibly displaying anything that may be deemed explicitly sexual or graphic content we may ask you to take it down.

5. In consideration of permission to participate in this event, you agree to indemnify and defend the UC Berkeley Campus, Cal Animage Alpha, Anime Destiny, and the employees and agents of either of them from any and all claims, damages, and liability any way occasioned by or arising out of your negligence or your participation in this event.
