Each registered team must complete this form to registered all team members, artists, and journalists in order to participate in this year's competition.

Once you submit this form, you will receive a receipt copy from Google with the information you submitted to the email provided. You may go back to edit your form using the link provided in that email to add, delete, correct student information after submitting this form. The deadline to finalize this student registration form is January 31, 2022.

Note: If your school has registered two separate teams this year, you need to submit two separate team registration forms. Include "A" and "B" after the school name to indicate the separate teams. Examples - California High School A and California High School B.
