AWIS-PHL Mentoring Circle Program: Mentee Application
Thank you for your interest in the AWIS-PHL 2023-2024 Mentoring Circle Program! Please read the following information carefully before proceeding.

This year we have six Circles meeting in-person and two Circles that will only meet virtually. The exact dates of the month, times (and locations in case of in-person Circles) are decided by Circle members.  

To apply as a mentee, please fill out the following application. Spaces are limited and slots are filled on a first-come-first-serve basis, so please fill out by FRIDAY October 20th! To help you choose which Circle you want to participate in, we have attached to the email a document with Mentor bios, meeting locations, and meeting times (please note the Friday virtual Circle will meet in the morning)

 A registration fee of $15 must be paid in order to secure a spot in the mentoring program. Once your form responses are received and you are placed in a Circle, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on completing this payment step.

** This year, the AWIS-PHL Board would like to extend a special offer to graduate student and postdoc participants. For participants who are interested in continuing as AWIS-PHL members following completion of the Mentoring Program cycle: your $15 registration fee can be put towards a 1-year Chapter membership (full fee $35), with the AWIS-PHL Board covering the remaining $20. This opportunity provides access to various AWIS resources including special programming events, the AWIS National magazine, and the Chapter membership directory to facilitate networking. **
