Bylaws: IGSV does not have formal bylaws, but really should as we move forward. The first decision is how to make decisions. Should decisions be made by majority vote, with a minimum number of votes as 10? Note that we have been getting ~20 people at our in-person meetings and ~10 people responding to online surveys.

Strategy: The two core actions that IGSV has taken over the past four years are 1) group events aimed at educating ourselves about critical issues like health care, democracy, economics, immigration, etc., and 2) direct actions targeting our three Members of Congress.
