Summer Kids Club 2020
REGISTRATION FORM

Kids Club Saigon is offering a fun-filled Summer Program from July 6th through August 28th. The program includes project-based learning, group games, outdoor play, creative art, sensory play, science, and literacy activities within a joyful, active English-speaking environment. The focus is on FUN and FRIENDSHIP while fostering important skills and mindsets for life.

Families can enroll by the week according to the following schedule and theme:

Week 1: July 6-10 ("Curiosity")
Week 2: July 13-17 ("Creativity")
Week 3: July 20-24 ("Collaboration")
Week 4: July 27-31 ("Courage")
Week 5: August 3-7 ("Care of the Earth")
Week 6: August 10-14 ("Community")
Week 7: August 17-21 ("Contribution")
Week 8: August 24-28 ("Celebration")

There is a minimum enrollment period of at least one week.

- Please fill out this Registration Form and we will confirm receipt of your form within 3 working days.
- Confirmation of your child's campus (and program details) will be emailed to you before June.

Kindly note that your child's registration is NOT completed until the registration forms and full payment are received by the KCS office. Please see below for Summer 2020 Program Fees.

** DISCOUNT: We offer a 10% discount for one-time payments of 4 or more weeks.

** LATE ENROLLMENT:  Payment will be due by the Friday before the child's week of attendance.

** PAYMENT POLICY: Once payment is made, no refund, credit, or transfer will be allowed.    

**TRANSPORTATION: Pickup/dropoff service is available for a fee. Please see Transportation Request Form and register upon enrollment, or at least one week prior to the start of your child’s summer attendance.

**SNACKS and LUNCH (for full-day students) are included in program fees.
