Hello! Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor with The Generalist. Our vendor spaces are currently full, but we are always interested in connecting with local makers and curators as we find ways to expand our vendor space offerings. Please feel free to share more info about you in this form so we can add you to our waiting list! 

This list is not first-come, first-serve but is reviewed when we have rental spots open every six months and occasionally when we get consignment space available. We curate vendors we believe will sell well with us, fit a need in the variety of products we offer in-store, and who align with our values and brand.

• We currently only accept vendors who design/hand make their products or curate a specific vintage collection. While we love antique malls, we are not looking for antique vendors at this time and do not work with boutique style vendors who wholesale their products to resell.
• Vending with The Generalist includes an exclusivity clause for Downtown Johnson City - so if you are already in a neighbor's store, please keep that in mind!
• Our vendor agreements vary in price and size but start at $100/month for a six-month space rental plus a commission split. Depending on the items you sell, we do offer limited consignment contracts as well. 
• If you're a good fit for consignment, someone will reach reach out to you, otherwise we will keep you in mind for when spots open up in our next contract cycle or for potential pop-up opportunities! 
  
• Our spots open up every six months and are limited based on who does not renew and the types of vendors we already work with. We appreciate your interest and patience ☺
