All participants are requested to contribute an item to a large gift basket. Entry forms will be given to all guests for entering a drawing for this gift basket. For completed entry form to be valid, guest must have form validated at all booths. What will you contribute to basket? (Item may be dropped off in advance or brought to event before start time.)
