Minitab License Request
Weber State University offers access to Minitab through a per-user license for Faculty, Staff, and Students.

License requests are made by filling out this form. Licenses will be given only to current Weber State Faculty, Staff and Students using their Weber State email addresses. Personal emails may not be used for Minitab licensing.

Licenses will expire at the end of each semester. Each semester, a new request must be made to continue to have access to the Minitab software.
