Submit your art work of all mediums that celebrates Black History, African-American stories and artists as well as art work showcasing unity in community. Upon application, art submission drop-off dates & times will be assigned. Application form is to ensure Community Art Submission Guidelines are applied.

Community Art Show Guidelines:
1. Offensive materials will not be allowed - i.e. anything sexually explicit, demeaning, racist, or promoting crime, cruelty, and violence.
2. All work must be prepared with hanging equipment upon submission.
3. No open flames.
4. All media will be provided by Artist. If outlets are needed, please indicate that on this form.
5. Take down will occur Monday, March 7th between the hours 4pm - 7pm.
