Thank you for your interest in adopting. Please read carefully and answer this form completely. Email the requested habitat photos as outlined, or schedule a home check with our adoption coordinator. We reserve the right to refuse adoption. You must be 21+ years (or 18+ with an older adult reference) to adopt. Incomplete applications will be denied. Our goal is to find permanent, loving homes for all adoptable pets that come into our care. If things don't work out with a pet adopted from us, you are required to return them to the rescue. This application is for screening purposes and does not finalize any adoption.

We feed forage, veggies, and fruits on a weekly basis in-house, so a slow increase over a few weeks will be needed if you plan to feed fresh foods daily.
