Anyone can join PTA - parents, grandparents, caretakers, neighbors, friends!

Please fill out the following info so we can add you to the WA State PTA database.

Your membership will provide you with many discounts—Great Wolf Lodge, UW Husky Football, FedEx, Wild Waves, and more. Discount access codes: https://www.wastatepta.org/get-involved/member-benefits/

For each member, provide your name, email address and phone number. The cost is $12 per member per year. *

If you are a parent, provide your student name(s) with their grade level and teacher for the 2020-2021 school year. If you are a teacher, let us know the grade you teach. *

Please submit $12 for each adult member. All students are honorary members. :) *
