The Navajo Silversmith - Order Form
Thank you for considering me to create your piece of custom jewelry. Your choice to work with a traditional artist like myself is both humbling and inspiring. I am excited to create the perfect piece of work for you.

I have created this form to help streamline the design process. Once you’ve filled it out and sent it to me, I will email you within one week with an exact quote and timeline for the piece. At this point, I will also provide a bill for fifty percent of the final cost. This deposit is to be paid before work begins.
