Vanguard School Lead Application
The Vanguard School Lead position is an entry level position in the Vanguard Leadership structure.  School Leads serve as the liason between the school's vanguard team and the Vanguard Leadership team and earn XP for the time spent completing the duties of the job.  The duties and responsibilities of the School Lead inlcude:

1. Attending monthly School Lead Meetings via Microsoft Teams.
2. Staying aprised of all communication in the School Lead Team channel in Microsoft Teams.
3. Training school Vanguard members on the topics covered during School Lead meetings (slide deck and recording of the meeting will be provided for re-delivery).
4. Serving on one of the following committees to help advance the work of Vanguard (Events, XP, Communications, or New Member committee).
5. Checking XP levels for school Vanguard members and communicating and offering support to the member if they appear to be off track.
6. Managing the school's Vanchise (where applicable)
