Thank you for your interest in your child/ren attending D6!

Please complete the form below and we will be in touch to confirm your child's place via email. It is anticipated that D6 will start on Saturday 9th March 2024, starting at 9.30am and running until 11.30am. Please note children must be dropped off at the hall door and collected by an adult known to school promptly.

We will provide your child with breakfast and children can choose from decaf tea, hot chocolate or juice during the session. Please let us know if your child has any allergies or intolerances we need to be aware of.

Please note there is a Parent Information Meeting being held on Monday 26th February 2024 at 3.30pm, in the school hall.
