2023 LA Fleet Week Exhibitor Information & Electronic Application
Thank you for your interest in 2023 LA Fleet Week Exhibitor opportunities. Our event will be open to the public daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Friday, May 26 through Monday, May 29, 2023.

Applicants selected and confirmed by the event will be required to:
  1. Participate all four days and hours of the event.
  2. Maintain a minimum of one staffer in their booth at all times.
  3. Provide their own tablecloths, tenting, and sandbags for use during display.
  4. Provide Certificates of Liability Insurance (COI's) naming the LA Fleet Week Foundation and the Port of Los Angeles as additional insureds for the dates of May 24-May 30, 2023.
  5. Complete an LA Fleet Week Credit Card Authorization Form, maintaining a credit card number on file with the event through June 10, 2023. This will be used to cover unpaid or additional expenses incurred.
  • NOTE: Minimum coverages: General Liability $1M, Auto Liability $1M if bringing vehicles into the exhibit area, and Workers’ Compensation insurance to cover employees staffing booths. If you do not currently carry insurance, you may purchase event insurance online to cover the event period (load-in through load-out).  
Once an application has been received it will be carefully reviewed. If approved, an email confirmation will be sent directly to the applicant and alternate contact with instructions on next steps.

All exhibits will be located in our outdoor footprint adjacent to the Battleship IOWA at Berth 87/250 S. Harbor Blvd., San Pedro, CA 90731. Exhibit themes are:

  4. STEM & Technology 
  5. Veteran Services 
  6. Family Fun/Activities
EXHIBIT SPACE RATES*  (Effective 1/1/23)
10'x10': $1,750 - Includes 1, 8' table, 2 chairs, access to standard electricity
10'x20': $2,750 - Includes 1, 8' table, 2 chairs, access to standard electricity
20'x20': $3,750 - Includes 2, 8' tables, 4 chairs, access to standard electricity

*RATE REDUCTIONS & EXCEPTIONS 
1. DoD, LA City public service agencies, and LA County public service agencies may participate at no charge.

2. Non-DoD government agencies, non-LA City public service agencies, and non-LA County public service agencies will be charged 50% of our standard rates.

3. 501(c) non-profit/community benefit organizations will be charged 25% of our standard rates.

OPTIONAL/ADD-ON ITEMS
Extra Power (in excess of standard electricity): $300 per space

LOAD-IN
  • Wednesday, May 24th: 10:00 am - 3:30 pm* (Large exhibits only)
  • Thursday, May 25th: 10:00 am-2:00 pm* (Small & Medium sized exhibits)
       *Days and hours subject to change. Confirmed participants will be notified.

LOAD-OUT
  • Tuesday, May 30th, 8:30 am-12:30 pm 
  • NOTE: Where possible, exhibitors may be permitted to load-out on May 29th, one hour after event closing, when all pedestrian traffic has been safely cleared from the event footprint.
EVENT SUMMARY
LA Fleet Week is a family-friendly celebration. We select exhibitors that help us achieve our mission and reserve the right to request the removal of any exhibitor in the event of inappropriate content or behavior.

SELECTION
If selected as a 2023 LA Fleet Week Exhibitor, you will be required to provide the following:
  1. Full payment (where applicable) - Due within 14 days of notification of acceptance.
  2. Proof of Liability Insurance (COI's) - Due by April 14, 2023
  3. Credit Card Authorization Form - Due by April 14, 2023
