2021 Summer Youth Employment Application
Eligibility Requirements
• Youths grade: Entering 9th graders (Fall of 2021) to graduated seniors (Class of 2021)
• Must be a resident (name on the lease) in housing subsidized by Seattle Housing Authority (SHA)
• Must have internet and computer access (with webcam) at home. (For support, contact us separately)
• If selected, must provide a copy of social security card, complete a W-9 form, and sign SFYC Services Agreement and Release Form.
.      If selected you will has (2) business days to accept the internship.
