New Talent Program - Employer Application
Looking to hire new talent?
The Alberta Construction Association (ACA) has received funding from the Government of Alberta to support Work-Integrated Learning placements in the construction industry.

Wage subsidies of 50% (maximum subsidy $5,000) are available to hire current post-secondary students and recent grads (up to 6 months) for work experience placements at least 3 weeks long.

Use this form to register for the New Talent Program. You only need to do this once. Once your company is registered you can access the program for multiple placements. As funds are limited, we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

In order to be eligible for the New Talent Program, your company must be in the construction industry or a related sector, and operate in Alberta. To be eligible, your company must also not have any unsatisfied Employment Standard judgements with Alberta Labour.
