UCB Student Group Sales Request Form

Please allow up to 3 working days for a response. Please note the following from our Group Sales policy:

Student Group Sales tickets cannot be exchanged for different performances from the one originally requested, or refunded.
These tickets are available to groups of 10 or more students. Limit 2 tickets per UCB student.
Seating will be at Cal Performances’ discretion based on the current and/or projected ticket sales for the available event at the time the request is made. (In general, most groups will be seated in the balcony area of Zellerbach Hall.)
Cal Performances strongly prefers/recommends that tickets be sold directly to individual students online through promotion code distribution combined with a limited allocation hold.
Not all performances are eligible for this discount. Please confirm the performance you wish to attend against the list in the policy details at https://calperformances.org/community/ucb-students/.

Individual Payments (students pay for their tickets individually using a promo code. SALES END 3 DAYS BEFORE A PERFORMANCE, NO EXCEPTIONS)

Single Group Payment (the coordinator pays for all tickets at once and receives tickets in bulk to distribute. A finalized amount of tickets is required one week before the performance, and a list of the recipients is required a day before)

We can offer a dedicated space (based on availability) for a gathering or reception at the performance for groups ranging between 25-125 students. Please let us know below if you are interested in arrangements and a member of our team with contact you with further details.
