Personal Protective Equipment Inventory and Need Count
The purpose of this survey is to gather information about personal protective equipment (PPE) needs and availability across agencies. The responses in this survey will be placed into a PPE Inventory Database on a Google Sheet that is accessible by all agencies to help you make decisions regarding PPE. We hope you will take a couple of minutes to fill in the survey.
