The success of PLC Sydney's Open Day and Fair depends on the generous donations and support of our parents and friends. Organising such a fun and exciting day involves a lot of coordination, and we need over 250 volunteers in different roles for the day, and in the lead up to the day. If you're able to assist in any way, we would really appreciate you providing your details below.

MONDAY 3 MAY
- Care Packages Working Bee (packaging up items needs for stall holders) 8.30 am to 1.30 pm

- Gift Basket Working Bee (sorting and gift wrapping) 8.30 am to 1.30 pm

THURSDAY 6 MAY
- Gift Basket Working Bee (sorting and gift wrapping) 8.30 am to 1.30 pm
- Book Stall Sorting/Pricing 8.30 am to 1.30 pm

FRIDAY 7 MAY:
- Bake Off (parent/carer bakers at The Croydon baking items for Fair Day) 8.30 am for 9.00 am start
- Cake Stall pricing and packaging, 8.30 am for 9.00 am start
- Book Stall Sorting/Pricing 8.30 am to 1.30 pm

MONDAY 3 MAY - Care Packages Working Bee (packaging up items needs for stall holders) 8.30 am to 1.30 pm

We need volunteers to assist with packaging together all the items stall holders will need on the day of the Fair (food, plates, napkins, soap, chux, etc) on Monday 3 May, 8.30 am to 1.30 pm.

I would like to volunteer to assist at the Care Package Working Bee on Monday 3 May, 8.30 am to 1.30 pm.

WEDNESDAY 5/THURSDAY 6 MAY: GIFT BASKETS WORKING BEE

We need volunteers to assist with gift basket assembly (sorting and gift wrapping) on Wednesday 5 May and Thursday 6 May, 8.30 am to 1.00 pm.

I would like to volunteer to assist at the Gift Basket Working Bee on Wednesday 5 May, 8.30 am to 1.00 pm.

THURSDAY 6/FRIDAY 7 MAY: BOOK STALL WORKING BEE

We need volunteers to assist with sorting and pricing books at the Book Stall on Thursday 6 May and Friday 7 May, 8.30 am to 1.00 pm.

I would like to volunteer to assist at the Book Stall Working Bee on Thursday 6 May, 8.30 am to 1.00 pm.

FRIDAY 7 MAY: BAKE OFF and CAKE STALL

Assisting with the Cake Stall can include contributing items for sale or volunteering to assist on Friday 7 May, or Saturday 8 May (to volunteer Saturday 8 May please see the section further below).

Contributing cakes for the stall: Cakes need to be delivered before the start of school on Friday 7 May. Further details will be provided.

Bake Off: Are you a baker? If so we need you! Bake Off is on the morning/day of Friday 7 May, when parent helpers come in and use the kitchen in the Croydon to make slices and cakes for the Evandale Cafe and the Easy Oar Cafe for the Fair.

Bake Off:

I would like to help with baking at the Bake Off on Friday 7 May.

I would like to assist with the Cake Stall:

I will be contributing item/s to the Cake Stall.

I would like to volunteer to help package and price cakes on Friday 7 May (meet at School Reception at 8.30 am for a 9.00 am start).

SATURDAY 8 MAY: OPEN DAY AND FAIR VOLUNTEERING

Brief description of volunteering options for Saturday 8 May:

Stall Coordinator: Stall Coordinators need to be available for the day, approximately 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, but you can also undertake this role as part of a team, rather than committing to the whole day. Some stalls will require some additional time in the lead up too.

General volunteer: We need volunteers throughout the day. You can select below the time that suits you, and if you have an interest in a particular stall, or activity, please note that too.

You can note in the comments below if there is a particular stall you are interested in being involved with.

I would like to help as a Stall Coordinator (indicate preference, but may not be available):

We need volunteers to help sort and organise the inventory following the Open Day and Fair on Tuesday 14 May, 8.30 am to 1.30 pm.

I would like to volunteer to assist at the Inventory Stocktake Working Bee on Tuesday 11 May, 8.30 am to 1.30 pm.
