GENERAL
Except expressly specified, the work might be shared in social media as work i progress and streaming, and once finished.
You may not include my works in any AI database, or used to be sod as NFT.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission request.
PAYMENTS
Payment is upfront.
NDA and rush deadlines have additional fees.
REVISIONS
I will provide some drafts or the sketch phase, where revisions are allowed. Once beyond that stage, there will only be remotes changes of small details once the rendering is done.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Deadline is between 2 weeks to 2 months since payment.
USE
Final product can be use for personal and streaming purposes. Commercial work for the purpose of merchandise and others will have additional charges.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I will maintain rights of the work for portfolio and promotion purposes.
REFUNDS
Refund is only available if I have not started to work on your commission.
