Geelong Wedding Guide - Wedding Expo 2025 Application Form


We invite you to apply for the 2025 Geelong Wedding Guide Expo at Deakin University's Waterfront Campus

10am-2pm Sunday 19th January, 2025.

Our previous expo's have seen us with a large number of people through the doors. With the success of the first six expo's, we aren't changing too much at all because I guess 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it!'.

There will be:
-FREE entry for couples (and their families & friends). Free entry is something that sets us apart from other expos and enables more customers through the door (usually 2000+!)
-Awesome goodie bags (couples absolutely love this, it's a great incentive for people to come early!)
-Giveaways and samples for couples on the day
-Competitions prior to the event
-Complimentary Geelong Wedding Guide magazine for all attendees
-Signage around the Geelong region in the lead up to the event
-Interactive displays
-And, a social media marketing campaign like no other! If there's one thing we know - it's how to get the word out there!

The cost to exhibit at the Geelong Wedding Guide expo starts at $439+GST for a 2m x 2m site.

You must supply your own table, chair & backdrop if you require them. We do however recommend a more interactive space without seating to engage more with couples. We do have a limited supply of tables and chairs supplied by the venue however they're very basic and you'll need a table cloth ;)

What else do I get if I come to the expo?

Please note, setup will be available the day prior (Saturday from 2pm-5pm) or on the morning of the expo (Sunday 7am-9:30am). Bump in times are subject to change due to the venues schedule, you will be advised as soon as we know of any changes to this schedule.

Your site may be outdoors or indoors however it will be undercover unless otherwise advised in our second round offers.

Due to the high number of vendors applying each year, we will be advising all successful vendors in September if they have secured a place at the expo. Preference will be given to vendors advertising across multiple channels.

Shared stands are not permitted unless approved by Wedding Guide Media Pty Ltd Management.
