WHAT IS YOUTH QUAKE?
Come for an unforgettable weekend featuring a main speaker, times of worship, practical workshops, and loads of fun activities! Stay with your group in the Briercrest dormitories and eat with your friends in the dining hall all in a safe and clean environment. We have designed this whole weekend to help junior high students to grow in their faith, and connect deeper with what God is doing in their lives.
THEME:
Join us for Youth Quake 2024 as we journey together through Isaiah 61. This chapter brings an amazing promise of hope, renewal, and empowerment through Jesus' life, death, and resurrection. It brings assurance in the work God has been doing since the beginning and how we can partner in bringing about His will when we put our faith in His plans. We want to explore how faith completely changes our lives, just like turning ashes into something beautiful or seeing renewal in what was once destroyed. At YQ24, we will talk about what this passage means for us today and together continue learning how we can bring glory to the Father with our whole lives.
GRADES 7-9
(there IS the option for Gr 9 to attend the SENIOR HIGH RETREAT April 26-28 instead, please use the other registration form for that)
COST:
- Retreat Registration BEFORE Feb 14 $140 (early bird price)
- Retreat Registration Feb 15 or later $170
There will be an additional $100 cost for transportation (vehicle rental & gas) and Sat pm accommodations. As a youth group we will work on fundraising this amount prior to our trip (if you have a fundraising idea let Adam or Julie know!). Final outstanding balances will be due 1 week before we leave.
- Payment can be made via cash, cheque (made out to Westlock Alliance Church) or talk to Pastor Adam about alternative arrangements
- Students WILL be responsible to bring $$ to purchase their own travel day meals (1 lunch & 1 breakfast) as well as any merch they would like to purchase while at the conference.

Fri May 10
6 am leave WAC for Briercrest (via Saskatoon)
2 - 4 pm Check in at Briercrest
ENJOY THE CONFERENCE (Sleep in dorms @ Briercrest)
Sat May 11
FULL DAY AT THE CONFERENCE
6:30 pm Drive to North Battleford for the night
10:30 pm Check-in to Hotel or church
Sun May 12
6:30 am leave North BAttleford for WAC
10:30 am arrive at WAC
