By entering this content, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You are representing and warranting to Butter.ATL that you have the written permission to use everything in your video, including the following:

1. The recordings, photographs, likenesses, voices, and all personal rights of all persons in the video

2. All musical compositions (via a synchronization license) and all musical recordings (via a master- use license) for all music used in the video (including background music and short clips)

3. All trademarks (including the logos of third-party brands) and all copyrights (including photos)

Without limiting its rights or remedies, Butter.ATL may terminate this Agreement and its other contracts with you if the video receives a strike, copyright claim, or violates any platform’s terms and conditions. If this happens, Butter.ATL will not be obligated to pay you and you will be required to return any fees already paid to you.
