This is the nomination form for the Indiana University Graduate and Professional Student Government 2023-2024 Faculty Mentor Award. Nominees can be faculty (tenured-track or non-tenure track) who have demonstrated commitment to the long-term development of graduate students. This can be shown in many ways, but some common ways include: guidance with administrative and professional matters (project design, publishing, writing, conference presentations, etc.), providing training (both technical and professional skills), and/or introducing students to alumni and professional contacts.


This nomination will close on March 29th, 2024. After the deadline is closed, members of the GPSG Awards Committee will convene and choose the winner based on the information in the nomination letters. Any questions should be directed to the GPSG Awards Chair at gpsgawds@indiana.edu
