Terms and Conditions
1. Whilst every effort is made to carry out the programme as advertised, all events are subject to change or cancellation.  Tipperary Museum and ARTiculation Ireland Partner Galleries and Museums reserve the right to change and/or modify dates, times and locations of ARTiculation Ireland events or to alter and other aspect of the way events are organised.  If it is believed that less than 3 speakers are able to attend any of the events, we reserve the right to invite other student speakers to take part.

2. Entrants certify that their presentation is original, and that  they are the sole and exclusive owner and rights holder of the material included in the presentation (or if they are not the sole and exclusive owner and rights holder, that they have obtained any necessary permissions to use the material) and they have the right to make the presentation using the material.  Each entrant agrees not to participate in the competition in any manner that might: (i) infringe any third party proprietary, intellectual property, industrial property, personal rights or other rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or confidentiality obligations; or (ii) otherwise violate applicable law in any countries in the world.

3. Tipperary Museum and ARTiculation Partner galleries/museums are unable to accept any liability for any costs or expenses resulting from participation in the competition.

4. Tipperary Museum, Articulation partner galleries/museums logos and ARTiculation logo must be used in any printed or digital publicity or correspondence for ARTiculation Ireland events including internal competitions.

5. ARTiculation Ireland rules and adjudicating guidelines must be used and respected at all ARTiculation Ireland events including internal competitions.

6. ARTiculation Ireland and its partner galleries/museums reserve the right to use winning presentations both spoken and written as educational resources to share with other educational institutions and publishers.

7. ARTiculation Ireland reserves the right to update or amend the ARTiculation Ireland terms and conditions, rules and adjudicators guidelines at any time and to disqualify any participants who ARTiculation Ireland in its sole discretion considers risk bringing the competition into disrepute.  

8. Entry to the competition confirms acceptance of the ARTiculation Ireland terms and conditions, competition rules and adjudicating guidelines.
