To order a single fan jersey, your child must already be registered to play for the upcoming AYHA season.  After ordering, the fan jersey will be billed to the registered player’s Active account.  Please use the same e-mail for ordering jerseys as used for the AYHA registration process, so we can more easily contact you if there are any questions.  

If you need more than one fan jersey, please complete and submit additional order forms for the additional jerseys.  After the order form is received, the cost of the fan jersey will be applied the Active account balance of the family's youth hockey player.
