With this form you can submit your own notes regarding your truck.  This will appear in a column in the spreadsheet.  Ideal information would be any options which you believe may be delaying your build, and what your original build date was if you have been re-scheduled.  You can also enter any information pertinent to your order.

Enter the text you would like to appear on the spreadsheet in the designated column for your truck.  Be brief and put important notes (such as commodity issues) first. Responses are limited to 60 characters. *
