School will remain open from Monday 23 March 2020 for children of families within the designated categories of 'Key Workers' as well as our more vulnerable students such as those with an EHCP or an assigned social worker.

Qualifying families who wish to make use of the childcare provision offered by de Stafford School are asked to complete this form.

*Where requested, we can continue to supervise your child until 3:30pm on-site

Please take note of the following information:

•All children on site will receive a free school meal, should they wish (no opportunity to purchase food/drinks). Choice will naturally be limited so you may wish to provide your child with a packed lunch.

•Students can attend in Mufti (non-school uniform) but it should be appropriate to allow them to participate in sporting activities.

•The students will spend much of their day accessing the online learning provided on SMHW. Where staffing permits, we will look to offer some specialist teaching.

•The programme and timings are subject to change pending numbers.

•Any child on-site is expected to conform to the school’s behaviour policy
