What?
Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is where we elect our new Committee for the 2021-2022 year!
When?
March 10, 2021.
Where?
It will be entirely virtual, and will take place on our private Facebook group. If running for a committee position, we ask that you submit a video of 1 to 2 minutes, explaining why you want to run for the position of your choosing and why you believe you are a good candidate. On the day of the AGM, this video will then be posted, and we will open voting via a google form.
How?
To run for a position on committee you must be a member of Buchanan by the time of the AGM and be a student at the University of Edinburgh. There are no other requirements, and we welcome everyone who is interested to run.
***This form will close 1 week in advance of the AGM (Wednesday 3 March). After that date, those who have entered their details will be contacted as to how they can upload their video for the AGM.
