NCACPA Summer Leadership Conference- Business Networking Event
For the third year the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA) and North Carolina State University’s Poole College of Management (NC State) are co-sponsoring a Summer Leadership Conference May 20th & 21st on NC State’s campus. The purpose of this program is to attract and recruit underrepresented and diverse students into the accounting profession.
Over the two days, attendees will network with faculty and CPAs from within North Carolina, as well as learn about the accounting profession and the various career possibilities. Also, students in the program will tour Red Hat’s corporate office in downtown Raleigh, meeting their CFO and gaining greater insight into the role of the accounting/finance function in business.
As part of the conference, we would like to extend an invitation to our employers to join us for a Business Networking event at Talley Student Union.
