1. I have been informed about KYR (2019-1-IS01-KA204-051136) and I have understood what the project is about and what it aims to achieve.  

2. I agree to participate in the Know Your Rights (KYR) Labour Rights Focus Group, set to take place on June 17, from 17:30 to 18:30.

3.  In case of voice or video recording during the workshop, they will be used solely for internal purposes by the CSI trainers and staff of the KYR partnership for administration and evaluation purposes of the training. The recording will be saved within the CSI. The names of the participants will not be made public without their written consent, throughout the project.

4. Based on GDPR regulations, personal information provided (such as email addresses or personal contact details) shall only be used for the purposes of this project. All information will be kept confidential and will not be presented in any way that identifies the participant.
