Penguins October Intensive Course
Welcome to our bookings form for our October swimming lessons provision at Kings School, Winchester.

This is a five-day intensive course for the week beginning 26 October. The lessons are for swimmers in all stages (1-9), although stages 1 and 2 will be 'child and parent' classes, with parents supporting swimmers in the water.

5 x 30 minute group lessons are £54.40 for the week
5 x 1 hour group lessons are £80.50 for the week

5 x one-to-one half-hour lessons are £127.50 (space permitting)
5 x one-to-one full hour lessons are £229.50 (space permitting)
5 x one-to-two options will also be available space permitting

With Covid 19 being an ever-present risk, we would like to assure you that we will be doing our very best to ensure our lessons feel as normal as possible. However it is only appropriate to share the following information so you can make an informed decision about booking a place. Our initial risk assessments identify that we;

- we won't have access to changing spaces. Instead swimmers will arrive swim-ready and remove over-layers on the poolside. After the lesson swimmers will wrap themselves up / pull on over-layers on poolside and be brought to waiting parents. Typical over-layers would be towel or towelling dry robe plus flip flops or crocs for reasonable weather.
- will be unable to provide poolside access to parents / guardians due to the lack of space for social distancing.

You will be required to stay on site however and we will have your contact details in case of emergencies.

We will have a Covid Liaison Officer on site who will be familiar with the national guidance and local risk assessment to discuss any concerns with.

Lessons will be 30 or 60 minutes long, but will finish 5 minutes early to allow for a 5 minute changeover between one session finishing and the next starting. This will allow us time to help swimmers navigate their way safely from poolside to be handed over to parents / guardians and to clear and clean equipment.

Kings School have a robust cleaning rota for the areas in use during our sessions.
