Call for Applications: Transforming Student Experience and Success in Gateway STEM Courses FLC, Spring 2024
Thank you for your interest in the Transforming Student Experience and Success in Gateway STEM Courses FLC! Through the combination of two funding sources (CSU CREATE and HHMI), we are excited to be offering a new faculty learning community (FLC) in Spring 2024 for STEM faculty who want to explore and implement equity-mindedness in their pedagogy and curriculum. This FLC will bring together STEM faculty from three CSUs: Stanislaus, San José, and Humboldt, and will provide the support and collaboration that is needed for faculty to embrace and enact teaching practices that meet the unique needs of their students. Faculty participants will be compensated with a $3000 stipend for successfully completing the Spring 2024 semester of the FLC.
Applications are due Wednesday, December 13, 2023.
