First, thanks for filling out this quick survey. I'm a United Methodist Pastor in Louisiana that serves a dual appointment; two small rural church and a small town church. I also work in Clergy/Congregational Development as a Coach and Consultant. 

As churches deal with shifting attendance patterns after 2020-2021, I am gathering information about the relationship between church health and size. This survey is to collect data based off of how individuals perceive church size.
