Please use this form to register for Camp and/or any Mission Engagements.  This form will also allow you to request a scholarship. If you do not wish to request a scholarship, skip the scholarship section.  Prerequisites for requesting Mission Engagement scholarships include: 1) Mission Engagement Scholarships are reserved for FHBC members only per FHBC policy.   2) An individual cannot request a Mission Engagement Scholarship for more than one Mission Engagement in a calendar year.
