Please fill out this form for vendor registration. Fees are $25 for non-profit informational booths, $50 for non-food vendors, $100 for food vendors. This includes one 10 x10 space. Vendors must provide their own tables, charis, tents, generators and extension cords if needed. Registration fees may be paid online at www.negacdv.org and click on the "Donate" button. Please be sure to add a note when paying online for example: "ABC Foods- Polar Bear Plunge Vendor". You may also send a check payable to NEGACDV to P.O. Box 814 Hartwell, GA 30643.
