Dragons Futsal Registration - Waitlist
A registration will need to be completed for EACH PLAYER. Siblings should not be registered together.

By signing up for Dragons Futsal on this page, you on a waitlist. Official registration closed on October 16. I will try to accommodate as many late entries as possible.

Also - the start of the futsal season will be delayed at least one week, to the week of November 13.

Do you need to order a uniform, or any new uniform parts? (Training Only Players do not need uniforms, but may purchase if you want them.) A follow up email will be sent. *

Practice day and time will be fixed AFTER registration, depending on available days. If training day ends up not being something your player is able to make, you will be let out of your registration.

Most or all training will take place Huston Middle School in Lower Burrell.
Payments must be made IN AN ENVELOPE with player name on it at the first practice.  Payment plans and other payment options will be available, and can be initiated by emailing Andrew at dragonsfutsalpa@gmail.com

If registering a player new to Dragons - Please list past soccer / futsal experience. This is just to give me an idea what to expect and how to plan.
Please list any medical or other info that I should know about when coaching your child. This will be kept confidential, this is just to make sure everyone is as safe as possible.
