IDBM Student Webinar - Outcome of Design Process
Welcome to the survey! The point is to get accustomed to the topic of our webinar on Tue 11.5., the implementation of outcome in Double Diamond projects. You get to share your own experiences and think of the background factors for those.

You can base your answers also on your current or past Industry Project experience :)

Remember to also read the Aalto Thesis article :)) (https://www.aalto.fi/en/news/student-team-utilises-participatory-framework-to-develop-sustainable-renewal-in-cities)

Recap of Double Diamond
Double Diamond is a design methodology consisting of four stages: Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver. The updated version below shows that the process is not supposed to be linear, but iteration and collaboration are central. The process combines divergent and convergent thinking. In our webinar, we focus on the completely last factor,  in the model shown as the OUTCOME.

For the implementation of the Outcome to be ensured, what do you think should be done based on your experience?
What ways has your team been doing to guarantee the implementation of the outcome?
If the project would have a weak outcome or the process would not be implemented, what do you think would be the reasons behind that?
If the project would have a strong outcome or the process would be widely implemented, what do you think would be the reasons behind that?
